Operations portfolio · 4 client systems shipped
Centralized, self-hosted business command centers that let founders run everything — clients, projects, content, team, and revenue — from one screen, with zero recurring software bloat.
I come in as a Director-level strategist and build like an engineer. Every workspace is relational, formula-driven, and custom-architected around how the brand actually operates — never a template.

Four live client operating systems — each one relational, algorithmic, and running the business without anyone chasing data.

The Triangle Concierge operated as a localized, referral-based brand juggling multiple active clients and a growing network of specialized freelancers across the Triangle area. Without a centralized digital backbone, managing daily scheduling, client communication, contract lifecycles, and financial logs created constant operational friction and administrative overhead.
They needed a complete digital transformation from scratch — turning a fragmented service model into a streamlined, high-performance ecosystem the leadership could actually see through.
Absolute visibility over the entire service pipeline — without adding a single recurring software fee.

A faith-based coaching and digital products brand for women needed a robust content operations infrastructure to scale their digital reach and manage high-volume campaign execution. They were operating across multiple social platforms while producing a major live event — content calendars, asset tracking, and cross-channel promotion all needed to unify into a single, cohesive engine.
I designed and ran the entire content operations infrastructure, overseeing 60+ content pieces, 4 active campaigns, and a full event production pipeline.
Flagship event — Make Me Over Again Brunch. I served as creative lead and ops architect, building every touchpoint: branding, web, sales page, tickets, lanyards, physical merch, promo video, social. Organic fill strategy, zero ad spend — all 8 major deliverables tracked and closed inside the system.

A rising lifestyle and beauty creator scaling toward full commercial monetization needed an advanced brand foundation and multi-platform digital infrastructure. The ecosystem had to seamlessly bridge creative brand storytelling with complex monetization streams — affiliate revenue tracking, UGC partnerships, and high-profile brand collaborations, all in one operating layer.
I built a complete brand operating system and content engine designed to optimize workflow efficiency and maximize commercial output across every digital channel.
Beyond backend systems, I served as on-site creative director for brand photoshoots — curating shot lists, styling plans, and set direction so every visual asset landed in a luxury lifestyle aesthetic.

Operating inside an enterprise agency environment, Meridian required rigorous project management and department-wide oversight to handle high-stakes client portfolios. A 7-person team, 18 active client brands, 47 completed projects, 6 distinct industries — the operation demanded a bulletproof, enterprise-grade operating system.
As Director of Brand Development, I took full operational ownership of the department for three years, architecting and running the central infrastructure that kept multi-disciplinary teams aligned and client deliverables on schedule.

The same principle governs every one of these systems: the right data has to surface at the right time, without anyone having to chase it. That is what a business command center actually is — not a dashboard, but the connective tissue between clients, projects, content, team, and revenue.
Every workspace I deliver is relational, formula-driven, and self-hosted. Self-hosted matters. The moment your operating system depends on a rotating stack of $49/mo tools, the tools become the business, and switching cost becomes a moat around inefficiency. I build so my clients own the layer that runs their company.
Director-level strategy. Engineer-level execution. One person, one screen, the whole business.
