Custom booking + operations platform · Launched
A bespoke booking and operations system that moved a local concierge & home-services business off spreadsheets and manual invoicing into a fully automated digital ecosystem — customer-facing wizard, Stripe checkout, and admin console in one build.
Conceived, designed, and launched end to end. Customers get a frictionless multi-step booking; the business gets a real-time view of jobs, clients, contractors, and revenue.
One platform, two audiences — customers get a booking experience that respects their time; the business gets a command console that actually reflects the work.

Triangle's Concierge was running a real service business — house cleaning, laundry, errands, full home management — on a stack of DMs, spreadsheets, and manual invoicing. Every booking required back-and-forth. Every payment required a follow-up. Every contractor assignment lived in someone's head.
They needed a real platform. Customer-facing enough to make booking feel professional. Operationally deep enough to replace the spreadsheet layer entirely.
This wasn't a website project. It was a business-model migration.
The customer flow is a four-step wizard with visible progress: Service Type → Details → Add-ons → Confirm. Every step is conditional. If you pick House Cleaning, you get home-size options and cleaning-specific add-ons. If you pick Errand Service, you get a different set of prompts entirely.
Pricing surfaces live as the customer builds the booking. No surprise totals at checkout. No calling the office for a quote. The wizard is doing the sales conversation the owner used to have manually.
Stripe handles the final step. One-time charges, clear line items, instant confirmation. The intake form — address, notes, scheduling preferences — is stitched into the booking record itself, so the operations team never has to reconcile two tools.
By the time a booking hits the admin dashboard, it already carries the customer, the payment, the intake, and the service scope. Nothing is pending. Nothing needs typing up.
Off-site invoicing is a tax on the business. Removing it is the single highest-leverage change a service brand can make.
The operator view is the piece that changed how the owner runs the business. The top of the dashboard shows what matters right now: active jobs, revenue, contractors on the roster, weekly profit. Below it, incoming applications, pending jobs, and financial summaries.
Sections for Jobs, Clients, Contractors, Payouts, and Settings replace what used to be five different tools. Status management (Queued → Scheduled → In Progress → Complete) gives every job a visible lifecycle. The calendar view shows the week without opening Google Calendar. The recent jobs table shows who's doing what, for whom, for how much, and where it stands.
The booking and service-delivery process is one system now. Customers get a frictionless, professional way to book and pay online. The owner gets a real-time view of operations, revenue, and workload — and doesn't have to build a Monday-morning update from scratch.
Contractor onboarding, scheduling, and payouts all live inside the platform, which is what makes scaling possible. Serving more clients across the Triangle region stopped being a staffing problem and became a distribution problem.
Manual invoicing gone. Spreadsheet reconciliation gone. Owner's admin time collapsed to a fraction of what it was.
